We provide a number of packages that can adopted by your company based on your company’s needs.
A-IMMEDIATESERVICE PACKAGE (AD-HOC BASIS) AHS:
-This package is a budget package for companies that only require technical assistance for temporary IT.
i) Service depends on the call. Service will be provided by appointment only.
ii) Technical Assistant will only come after an appointment is made.
iii) Appointments are based on staff time vacancy.
iv) The cost of repairing each computer depending on the type of damage and additional service charges at each visit.
v) Only implement problem solving at one time (one time problem solution).
vi) The scope of work and limited service.
vii) Suitable for companies that do not have a lot of computer and require less servicing computers and have a low budget.

PACKAGE B-PERIODIC SERVICE (CONTRACT SERVICE MAINTENANCE – SLA BASIS) CSM:
-Periodic service is a service that has been established through a signed letter of undertaking joint. This package can save operating costs and service costs incurred. Besides, you do not have to worry about damage to your computer system again because we have always been with you to jointly solve the problem.
i) Set up service with a periodic table that has been agreed.
ii) There are several packages that can be selected according to the needs and interests of your company.
iii) Our technical assistant will come visiting schedule and time frame.
iv) Appointments are based on the package chosen and discussion.
v) It is like you have for your company””s IT specialist (IT sub-contract workers). You also do not have to employ IT fixed and it can save the cost of your company””s management.

PACKAGE C-IT STAFF CONTRACT CONTRACT IT STAFF) CITS:
-Staff bond contract means a contract made for putting IT staff dijabatan or office to monitor for any problems related to IT and networking. This package can save operating costs and service costs.:
i) IT staff will be housed in the department or at the office specified. Schedule date and time to work also on the discussions that have been agreed upon.
